Hey, I’m Kaela.
I’m a multidisciplinary video producer living in New York. My body of work reflects my deep interest in the moments, movements, communities, and experiences that connect us. At my core, I just really love people and exploring what makes us who we are.
I’ve spent my career creating emotionally resonant, high-impact content for mission-driven organizations — both as a member of small and scrappy teams and as a solo freelance creator. I’ve built narrative strategies and media programs from the ground up, spent years directing high profile talent, and feel just as comfortable on camera as I do behind it.
My work has earned several awards, including these digital ads during, and is featured in Time Magazine, NBC News, Washington Blade, Reductress, and more.
I love spending time with my family and friends, hanging out in a good dive bar, cooking, and learning musical instruments like the drums and banjo.
