Hi! I’m Kaela — I’m a video producer based in New York. I like to do it all: content creation, editing, directing, writing, project managing, strategic consulting, you name it.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of social impact, politics, and media weaving together narrative strategy with movement building.

Human-centered storytelling above all else! I love finding the heart and soul of a story and crafting narratives that resonate with people.

I believe a good narrative strategy means knowing your audience and speaking authentically to them.

I approach projects with intentionality, strong direction, and a love for collaboration. I love fostering open, inclusive environments where ideas can flow and stories can be found together.

I currently work as a Senior Producer at Sierra Club.

I’ve led and worked on video teams at large mission-driven organizations including Human Rights Campaign and the Democractic Party, produced and edited independent podcasts, and provide freelance production support on a case-by-case basis.
